City of Light Baptist Church is a family-oriented church where children are an integral part of every ministry. We are dedicated to nurturing the children God brings us to know and love him and to learn and live the Bible, God's holy Word.  Each Sunday we have a dedicated class for the kids during our discipleship hour and then we encourage families to worship together during the main service. Our desire is that they see their parents and the church engaging in corporate worship. We welcome the sound of children, so don’t worry if your child occasionally makes their presence known. We understand, especially with younger children, that you may need to occupy them or take them out of the service at times. To assist parents, we have a small play area at the back the auditorium where parents with young children can sit as well as an unstaffed wiggle room families can utilize.
